There are several things that you need to prepare before coming to Busan: 1. Clothing Since Korea has 4 seasons, the clothes also vary depending on it. Wear lightweight materials during summer with sandals or sneakers for your foot wear as it can get too hot! Use your favorite boots to accentuate your look at the same time protecting your skin from the freezing wind! During spring or autumn, you can bring cardigan, light jacket and combine them with sweater. You can also bring hat or sunglasses to protect you from the sun. 2. BUS, SUBWAY, TRAIN
Never miss out Busan from your itinerary when you are in South Korea! It is one of the most beautiful cities where you can find the perfect blend of coastal leisure and urban charm. Head over to Mapo Station nearby Haeundae Beach as your first destination and take a ride their Blue Line Train to Cheongsapo Station. Alternatively, if you have better budget, make sure to book in advance the Busan Sky Capsule, located on the same place. A little pricier but it gives you exclusiveness with your loved ones! It offers breathtaking view such as lush greenery and scenic Haeundae Beach! Make sure to drop by at the station and enjoy the view of train passing by with ocean view. As you return to Mapo Station, grab your lunch at Mipojib to enjoy mouthwatering, yet fresh assorted marinated seafoods. A unique way of enjoying Busan’s cuisine! If you come during weekend, make sure to spend Saturday night at Gwanggali Beach to enjoy up to 12 minutes drone light show that happen at 8pm and 10 pm, for free! It shows dazzling light displays that create patterns and themes in the night sky. Interestingly, they offer different theme each week. Next, don’t forget to hop on 50 minutes ride of yacht at Yacht Holic, just 7 minutes drive away, for around 35,000 won and admire the beautiful natural scenery of Busan, including Dongbaek Island, Marine City and Gwangan Bridge. You can feel the ocean breeze as well as stunning fireworks! It was such an unforgettable moment! On the next day, we visited the breathtaking Haedong Yonggungsa Temple. The road to the place is a bit steep, so be prepared for sore feet! However, the view of the temple on the edge of the cliff as well as the waves crashing it is jaw dropping! With its beautiful beaches, captivating places and abundant of seafoods, Busan is a destination that you must visit!
