If you ask me what my core memories from my Jeonbuk trip last week are: I have enjoyed Makgeolli in the past but getting a taste of Seongsu Brewery's pride (apart from the original they also have strawberry and plum flavors—obvs my fave is plum, cos I like my drink strong lol) + food pairing experience was an interestingly different yet exciting exploration of flavors, I would say. Plus points for all the cheese that I enjoyed, and getting some playtime in the area! Will definitely come back.
