I recently went on a two-day trip to Jeonju, and it was such a fun experience! We left Seoul early and reached Jeonju just in time for lunch. There we ate the famous Jeonju bibimbap!! it was really yummy. After eating, we toured the beautiful Jeonju Hanok Village, which was full of traditional Korean houses and charming streets. In the afternoon, we visited Seongsu Brewery for a tour and got to taste some local drinks. Dinner was a nice surprise with a magkeolli tasting, which made the evening really special. The second day started with breakfast before heading to Imsil Cheese Village. Making cheese was something I didn’t expect to do on this trip, but it was a lot of fun! After lunch, we visited Sunchang Gochujang Village, where we learned how to make gochujang, Korea’s famous red pepper paste. The whole trip was packed with activities, but everything was organized well and moved at a nice pace. If you’re into Korean culture and food, I recommend this trip. It was a great mix of exploring, learning, and tasting amazing food!
