This was truly an unforgettable experience. It was a one-day trip from Seoul where we had the chance to learn how to make kimchi in the Korean countryside. We were taught by locals, and what I loved most was using fresh, local ingredients. After kimchi classes we ate together delicious lunch. But it wasn’t just about kimchi, we also got to experience a traditional Namsadang performance. I think it's something that you miss! And to finish the day, we had the chance to try local specialties from Anseong. I had a lot of fun and I really recommend it.
