It's gonna be May: Springtime events and fun in Seoul / April Issue, 2025

Hello, Funday Friends!
May is bursting with energy, and Seoul is the place to be. From vibrant festivals to sunny outdoor spots, we've curated the best events and activities for you to enjoy this month. Let's dive into the springtime excitement!
But first, when do we rest?
May Calendar of Public Holidays

Seems like May 2 is looking to become a 샌드위치 휴가, or a sandwich holiday - a common type of holiday among Korean office workers.
Just like a sandwich typically has two slices of bread keeping the ingredients together, workdays in between two days off are the delicious spots most likely to be booked as additional holidays, allowing people to rest for a prolonged period.
Are you one of those who can relate? Then, we hope you enjoy the little vacation!
Now, what can you do while off work or studying?
Let’s take a look at what happens in Seoul this May!
