BUS
My journey to Jeonnam began early in the morning. We took a bus to Yeongam, with a quick stop to refresh ourselves before arriving, followed by an authentic Korean lunch. From the first bite, we could savor Korea’s finest flavors with traditional dishes. After lunch, we headed to the Korea F1 Circuit, where the Global Influencer Festival was held. At the festival, we had the chance to see celebrities like Jonathan and several prominent content creators. The venue was full of interesting activities, including a camping-themed area, and we were able to explore the entire festival. Later, we enjoyed a delicious Korean dinner and amazing musical performances, including a show by Apink. We also attended the award ceremony for the best promotional videos of Jeonnam and received gifts like a blanket and a portable battery—perfect for our next adventure! When the festival ended, we headed to our hotel in Mokpo, where a spacious, fully equipped room awaited us to relax and recharge for the next day. The following morning, we started with a simple yet energizing breakfast: orange juice and a sandwich. Afterward, we set out for the Gohado Observatory. To get there, we took the bus and then did a short hike, enjoying the area’s natural beauty along the way. From the observatory, the views were breathtaking: we saw several interconnecting bridges, a cable car, massive cargo ships, and the vast body of water surrounding Mokpo. The views were truly stunning. On our way back, we got on the bus and went to an authentic Korean restaurant, where we were welcomed with a buffet full of Korean flavors. We ate to our hearts’ content, savoring each dish, and then prepared for our return to Seoul. The bus ride back was peaceful, and we finally arrived in the city, recharged with new energy and fresh air still lingering in our lungs. It was an unforgettable experience.
Capture moments with a camera or phone, especially during the award ceremony and performances. Try the local food: Authentic Korean meals are a highlight, so make sure to taste as much as possible. Explore all the festival areas, including the camping section and main stage. Take in the views: The Gohado Observatory offers stunning scenery that’s well worth the hike.
